Ultimate Cuisine came to market from the same culinary team that launched Caribbean Queen Catering's high-profile catering service in the Denver/Boulder, CO area (as well as  Palm  Beach, FL). Led by Executive Chef Evelyn Clarke and Managing Director Marc Sirkin. Because  Ultimate Cuisine operates as a flexible, custom catering service rather  than a standard brick-and-mortar dine-in restaurant, their specific daily offerings  can be completely customized to fit the theme of your event.
