Caribbean Queen Catering features award winning Executive Chef Evelyn Clarke, whose international recipes are now in Denver, Boulder and Palm Beach straight from the island of Jamaica with influences from the West Indies, India, and England. Chef Evelyn and her chef team specialize in Caribbean, Caribbean-Indian fusion, Italian, Continental and American Comfort cuisines. Attendee size ranges from small Private Chef parties to large scale corporate events and weddings. Some of her most popular dishes include Jerk Chicken and Pork, Penne Pasta in Italian Marinara with Angus Meatballs, Curried Vegetables with Coconut Rice, Pulled Pork, Mac ’n Cheese, Steak Fajitas, Rosemary Chicken with Irish Butter Mashed Potatoes, Braised Short Ribs, Orange Glazed Chicken with Vegetable Rice and Holiday fare.
